With hits like the Billboard Adult Alternative Songs #1 chart-topping “Silver Lining,” “Julia,” “Astrovan,” “Bathroom Light,” and “Sheep,” fans can expect a high-energy show. Mt. Joy is currently celebrating their 10-year anniversary as a band and this show at the Greek will feature a boat load of the band’s songs from their entire catalog.

The Philadelphia born, LA-based 5-piece consists of Matt Quinn (vocals, guitar), Sam Weiss (guitar, vocals), Sotaro Saito (bass), Michael Byrd (keys), and Joe Ferreira (drums). The band’s most recent album, “Hope We Have Fun,” came out on May 30, 2025 and marks a more mature sound from Mt. Joy, but still embodies the spirit of the band and the songs that have gained Mt. Joy fans all over the world.

The band has also performed at some of the biggest venues in the world, including iconic venues like Madison Square Garden, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and the Greek Theater that this show will be held at. NPR states, “the band’s sound features stunning vocal range and powerful, pulsing percussion.”

Greek Theater Information

The Greek Theater is located at 2700 N Vermont Ave in Los Angeles, CA 90027, an OUTDOOR AMPHITHEATER with STANDING ROOM ONLY that holds up to 5,900 fans. There are many great seats and the sound travels all the way to the back of the theater.

The Greek is operated by Nederlander Concerts and is compliant with all City of Los Angeles American Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for all venues. Information on accessible seating and parking can also be obtained from the venue staff.

Parking Information

There are several Greek Theater lots for parking including General Parking, Lot C, F, G and Quick Park to name a few. There is advance purchase of Greek Theater parking through many third party parking websites including JustPark. The Greek Theater uses credit cards for all payment of parking and also has a shuttle service to and from your car. The Greek Theater adheres to all Griffith Park and surrounding Los Angeles neighborhood restrictions and does not permit vehicle stacking in any of the lots. In addition to the Greek Theater operated lots, there is street parking and many off site commercial lots throughout the Los Angeles area that are a short walk to Greek Theater.
